Michael is the founder and principle Osteopath of Coast Pain Management. Early in his career, he realised that there was a wealth of information available to healthcare providers that was not passed on to patients, and as a result, many people were getting sub-par treatment and suffering needlessly for years. He went back to university in 2019 to further study advanced Pain Mangemnet through the University of Sydney, and was recognised in 2020 as one of Australia’s first Advanced Pain Management Osteopaths through his qualifications. He believes in a strong structural approach, combining massage, mobilisation, exercise, education and other techniques to achieve the best results for his patients.
Michael grew up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney before moving down to Melbourne to pursue studies to become an Osteopath. He had personally experienced the benefit that a good healthcare practitioner could offer, and resonated with the Osteopathic principle of diagnosing, using the best available management, and getting people back doing the things they love.
He moved to the Central Coast in 2017 and began working at Complete Health Clinic in Tuggerah, where he found his passion for helping those that were experiencing pain or struggling to do the activities they want to. After a brief stint in Brisbane upskilling in Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, he returned at the beginning of 2023 and reopened his practice at Complete Health Clinic.
Michael is registered with AHPRA and a member of Osteopathy Australia and the Australian Pain Society.
